  Refurbishment now completed. All staff helpful and friendly. Pool area great entertainment staff on the ball.food good but some problems with temperature. Great for children

  Been here a few times now. Hotel is well run and the rooms spotless. Restaurant caters for all tastes especially good for meat eaters, the bacon is even British spec! Bar serves a wide selection of ales and spirits, premium brands ie Johnny walker red label etc are available in the all inclusive deal.

  Other than that, the food is still excellent, pleasant staff, location perfect, so please do we really needs an extremely loud speaker system!!

  Just got back from holiday yesterday and what a holiday it was. Hotel is excellent we booked all inclusive. Our room was on the 8th floor overlooking the pools with a sea view. The food was superb lots of choices, if I had to complain about one thing it would be the food could be hotter but with buffet style self service this would be hard to achieve. All the staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for you from reception to room service. I will definitely be booking again for next year - the sooner the better.

  If want a peaceful relaxing time in the gardens the Bitacora is not the hotel for you, unless you have a young family. A few times throughout the day there are also activities, ok in themselves but, the tanoy system could be turned down enough to let the participants hear it rather than the whole gardens vibrating with the noise.

  Everything generally fine. Rooms OK, service decent, food all right. We wanted all inclusive and that's what we got. Location is right near the beach. Mostly seniors at the hotel, so pretty chill in off season. Have to pay for a kettle and room safe though.
